— The Fired HEr Boss Preset are only to be used with Adobe Lightroom on a MOBILE DEVICE.

—The filter may need to be tweaked to work with your image, as it can appear differently due to your individual photo. 

Remember presets are a base for creating the image look that you want to achieve. Therefore, the image may not look exactly how you'd like it to as soon as you apply the preset. You will likely have to tweak the image.
